Happy Lunar New Year everyone! Wishing you all the best!

In Vietnam (and many Asian countries I believe), the Lunar New Year (or Tết cổ truyền) is one of the most important festivals which marks the beginning of the year. Therefore we make sure all the “first-” are perfect: first person to come in the house, first 3 days of the year, first direction to go when leaving the house for the first time, etc; believing that the entire year will somehow be great too. Well begun is half done.

Anyway, my very first photo shoot of the year haha. I picked the 20^th February (which is the 5^th January in Lunar Calendar), so good date, checked

      1. Location, location, location

The shoot was taken at D’ Le Pont D’ or, 36 Hoang Cau Street, Dong Da District, Hanoi.

At the time of the shoot, it was still under finishing touch. As a result, we were able to shoot multiple views with the same model, like modern city, empty parking lot, abandoned apartment hall, stairs, or even a couch lying randomly on the sidewalk.

The views were not too crowded, the security guys were friendly and we found no trouble carrying the lights around.
